The hotel's location is convenient with many nearby dining and shopping options. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use an update. The staff was a mix of friendly and unprofessional behavior, creating a varied service experience.
The hotel had a cozy atmosphere with its orangey decor, but this caused the rooms to feel a bit dim with the dark brown furniture. The service was excellent, friendly, and very helpful, making for a great value proposition for travelers. The location was ideal for various activities near Ft Harrison, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The dining experience offered healthy choices and Starbucks coffee, although some breakfast items fell short. Overall, a good stay with a few areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had a few issues like a disconnected dryer vent affecting the hallway, but there was a heartfelt condolence card in my room. The air in the room was stuffy and slightly musty, requiring the air conditioning to be turned on.
